I'm David Castro, an AI & Product Builder focused on evidence-aware agents and decision-support systems.

My trajectory has taken me from building ML and experimentation systems in large institutions—government, research labs, and global organizations—to creating products where decisions are immediate and impact is measurable. Along the way, I've worked on large-scale experimentation platforms, NLP systems, and data products used by policymakers and operators.

I hold a master's degree in Management Science & Engineering from Stanford School of Engineering and a master's in econometrics and public policy from University of California San Diego. Through Ventures With David, I talk with builders and researchers about how AI is actually used in real products.
